PCAT Score Reports
Since the University of Houston College of Pharmacy (UH COP) is now using PharmCAS (a centralized Pharm D. application system), PCAT Score Reports should now be sent directly to PharmCAS—code 104. PCAT Scores should NOT be sent to UH COP code 066.
For those who have already registered to take the July 2011 and September 2011 PCAT exams, no further action is required.
Pearson has programmed their systems for these test dates, so that students requesting their PCAT scores to be sent to the older UH COP code of 066, will now be re-routed to the appropriate PharmCAS code, 104.
For those who have not yet registered for an upcoming PCAT exam, OR plan to have PCAT scores sent for purposes of applying to the UH COP Pharm D. program, the appropriate school code for UH COP is PharmCAS—code 104.
The University of Houston College of Pharmacy will ONLY receive PCAT scores sent directly to PharmCAS—code 104.
